Revamp enterprise legacy systems to enhance operational eciency to ensure responsive design for mobile, desktop, and other devices.
Present UX artifacts to product owners, architects, and application teams on prototypes for upcoming sprints’ user stories.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups with the team to collaborate and provide updates.
Contribute to UX team meetings to present project updates, exchange feedback, and collaborate on design consistency and solutions.
Meet with product owners to identify business requirements, user needs, and pain points, and translate them into actionable design solutions.

Performed user interviews to create low and high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, wireframes, user stories, and user journeys for UPS international freight operations.
Worked with the application teams to ensure the components comply with UX/UI guidelines and standards.
Participated in Hackathon as team leader and presented the team project to company executives.
Regular meetings with senior UX sta to discuss enterprise standards and support other internal teams.

Designed wireframes and prototypes in Figma for two CMS projects.
Designed logos for CMS’ MAT & Bonnie project.
Designed an organization chart for SemanticBits and presented design options
to the Human Resource managers.
Assisted in User Experience research activities such as user interviews, design
working sessions, and design validation sessions.
Participated in Program Increment and Sprint planning events.

Led and completed semester-long UX and programming projects applying Agile methodologies.
Utilized design and research tools such as Figma, InVision, LucidChart, UserTesting, Balsamiq, InDesign, Photoshop.
