I'm Melisa, a passionate and creative UX designer with a keen eye for crafting exceptional user experiences to solve problems. With a fresh perspective a recent graduate from Penn State University and a current Co-Op at UPS, I have had the privilege of working on a wide range of new and legacy projects, from web and mobile apps to interactive prototypes.

My approach to UX design is centered around user empathy and needs.
